C Dream Classes
Inaugurated in 2016, C Dream is SINOUS’ signature summer art education program provided in the U.S. through partnering schools in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, New Jersey and Washington D.C. It aims to connect people through performing arts, cultivate young talents and enrich cultural diversity of local communities.
Over the past five years, the program has trained approximately 708 students in Chinese ethnic and folk dance, classical and contemporary dance, Peking Opera and Chinese music, completed over 2,560 class hours in total, and accumulated 533-minute original performance pieces in Chinese dance and Peking Opera, through collaboration between Chinese and American artists.
